Title I Staff
Concordia Elementary School is a Title I School and provides intervention services for reading and math.
Ann Beissenherz is a Title I teacher at CES. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2007 with degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She received a Masters of Art in Teaching with a concentration in Multidisciplinary Studies from Webster University in 2009. She is currently working on her LETRS Certification throughout the 2023-2025 school years. Before becoming a Title I teacher, Mrs. Beissenherz taught Kindergarten in the Odessa and Concordia districts. For more information, you can view her staff page here. Janice Gudde is a Title I teacher at CES, She graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She received her Masters Degree in K-12 Education/Reading from Central Missouri State University in 2003. She is currently working on her LETRS Certification throughout the 2023-2025 school years. Wendy Utterback is a part time Gifted and title teacher at Concordia R2. She graduated from CMSU with a Bachelors degree in Art education in 1998. She earned a Masters degree in curriculum and instruction from UCM in 2002 and an Education Specialist degree in School Administration from UCM in 2017. Previously, she taught art in Sweet Springs, Concordia and Windsor as well as being a curriculum director and leader of professional development for Windsor.
