Free and Reduced School Lunch Application and Directions
Unless a student qualifies for Free or Reduced meals, 2026-27 meal prices are as follows:
Breakfast: PK-6 $2.25; 7-12 $2.40; Adult $3.50
Lunch: PK-6 $2.80; 7-8 $2.90; 9-12 $ 3.00; Adult $4.50
Those Qualifying for Reduced Prices: $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch
Extra Milk/Juice Prices: $0.75
Each family is asked to file a Free/Reduced Meal Application form. The district follows the USDA Eligibility Guidelines to determine Free/Reduced students.
You may also fill out the application online through the Parent Portal in TeacherEase. Login to your account, scroll over to Miscellaneous, and choose the application.

Students returning to Concordia R-2 schools in any grade may access online registration forms in the Teacher Ease App or on the Teacher Ease website. After August 1, you will not be able to access data in the app without filling out online registration forms.
Concordia Elementary School Supply List 2026-2027
It's that time of year again as students start getting ready to head back to school. This year, the Missouri Tax Free Weekend is August 7-9.
According to the Department of Revenue website:
By state law, the sales tax holiday begins on the first Friday in August and continues through the following Sunday. Certain back-to-school purchases, such as clothing, school supplies, computers, and other items as defined by the statute, are exempt from sales tax for this time period only.
The 2026 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 7, and runs through Sunday, August 9.
The 2026 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday exempts all state and local sales or use tax taxes during the exemption period on qualifying items. During prior years only state and some local sales and use taxes were exempt, Senate Bill 153 changed this by exempting all local sales and use tax on qualifying items.

ECSE Our program does not require that parents provide supplies. However, we do ask that if possible you provide your student with a standard sized backpack (big enough to hold a 12x18 folder without damage), a water bottle, (at least ONE) extra change of clothes (shirt, pants, underwear, socks, and shoes), and a blanket as personal items. Please let us know if you can not supply these items, and we will connect you with community resources that can help.
