I have lived in Concordia my entire life and graduated from Concordia High School. I also have two sons who graduated from Concordia High School, so the Concordia R-2 School District has been a part of our family story for many years. After retiring from a 30-plus-year career in sales, electrical wiring, and maintenance, my wife decided I needed something to keep me busy — so here I am. Most days you can find me fixing something, carrying a toolbox, or responding to whatever surprise the day brings while also sharing a little daily wisdom with students whether they asked for it or not. As part of the maintenance team, I take pride in helping keep the school running smoothly and providing a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football, and being outdoors.
