Online Enrollment is available for students NEW TO THE DISTRICT by clicking here.
Students returning to Concordia R-2 schools in any grade may access online registration forms in the Teacher Ease App or on the Teacher Ease website. After August 1, you will not be able to access data in the app without filling out online registration forms.
